How far ahead should I reserve a rental?
At least a week ahead. For a wedding, reserve earlier so the whole party is fitted in time.
What's included in a rental?
The jacket, pants, shirt, tie and shoes.

Yes. The whole party can rent together. Reserve at least a week ahead.
